How to Set Up PBS Integration

The PBS integration connects your PBS Dealer Management System (DMS) directly to the AVA™ Portal.

What the Integration Does

Once enabled, AVA™ and PBS work together behind the scenes to keep your data in sync:

Push AVA™ leads into PBS CRM automatically

Sync lead status and assignments back from PBS into AVA™

Pull in sales data to track conversion and revenue

Import your dealership’s inventory and staff info from PBS

Enable the entire integration with a built-in e-signature flow


How to Set Up the PBS Integration

⚠️ Only account admins can enable the PBS integration. If you’re a member, please ask your admin to complete these steps.

1. Log in to your AVA™ Portal

2. Go to the Integrations tab

3. Find and click on PBS Integration

4. Enter your PBS Dealership ID

5. Complete the PBS Authorization Form using the in-app e-signature

6. Click Enable Integration

Troubleshooting

Not seeing data sync?

• Double-check your PBS Dealership ID

• Make sure the authorization form was completed

• Verify you have admin access
