How to Set Up SMS Notifications in the AVA Portal
Admin Configuration Steps:
1️⃣ Log in to your AVA Portal.
2️⃣ Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
3️⃣ Select a user and click ”+ Add SMS”.
4️⃣ Enter the user’s mobile phone number and name.
5️⃣ (Optional) Configure Advanced Delivery Rules:
• Receive notifications only for specific products (Credit, ID, Trade, etc.).
• Filter by credit score range or lead characteristics.
6️⃣ Click ‘Update’—SMS notifications are now enabled!
Note: SMS notifications are sent for new leads only, not for assigned leads.
What Happens When You Get an SMS Notification?
A new lead is created in the AVA™ Portal.
An SMS is instantly sent to your mobile device.
The SMS includes lead details and a direct link to the lead in the portal.
You can immediately take action on the lead—no delays!
