Welcome to AVA ID, your advanced identity verification solution. This guide will walk you through using AVA ID effectively in your dealership operations.

Understanding AVA ID Plans

AVA ID offers two plans to suit different verification needs:

1. Capture Only Plan

Capture Only Plan: This plan is designed for dealerships that want to collect customer identification information without immediate verification. It's a simpler, faster process that can be useful for initial lead capture or in situations where full verification isn't immediately necessary.

Your leads will go through these stages:

  • Send Link: The dealership sends a secure link to the customer.

  • Link Opened: The customer opens the link on their device.

  • Verification In-Progress: The customer uploads images of their ID and takes selfies if required.

  • Verification Completed: All the files successfully uploaded to the lead's form.

In this plan, the information is captured and stored securely, ready for potential verification later if needed.

2. Full Verification Plan

Full Verification Plan: This comprehensive plan offers a complete identity verification process, providing dealerships with a higher level of security and fraud prevention.

Your leads will go through these stages:

  • Send Link: The dealership sends a secure link to the customer.

  • Link Opened: The customer opens the link on their device.

  • Verification Initiated: The customer uploads their ID and takes selfies, and the system begins the verification process.

  • Verification Completed: AVA ID's advanced algorithms analyze the provided information, comparing the ID document with facial recognition data and checking for signs of fraud.

This plan offers dealerships the highest level of assurance about a customer's identity, which can be crucial for high-value transactions or when required by lender partners. You are still able to use Capture only functionality where needed. Choose the template in a drop-down menu to ensure you’re using the correct product.

Scoring:
Mostly A answers: The Capture Only Plan might be more suitable for your dealership's needs.
Mostly B answers: The Full Verification Plan would likely be the better choice for your dealership.
