Sometimes, the best way to fix weird behaviour in your Dealer Portal (like buttons not working or outdated data showing) is to clear your browser cache. It only takes a minute, and here’s how to do it depending on your browser:

🔍 What is a browser cache?

Your browser saves bits of websites (like images and scripts) to help pages load faster next time. But sometimes, this cache holds on to outdated or broken files. Clearing it gives you a fresh start.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner.

  2. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.

  3. In the Time range, select All time.

  4. Check Cached images and files (leave the others unchecked unless needed).

  5. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines).

  2. Choose Settings > Privacy & Security.

  3. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.

  4. Click Clear Data, then check Cached Web Content.

  5. Hit Clear.

Safari (Mac)

  1. In the top menu bar, click Safari > Preferences.

  2. Go to the Advanced tab and check Show Develop menu in menu bar.

  3. Now go to the Develop menu at the top and click Empty Caches.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots in the upper right.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  4. Select Cached images and files, and hit Clear now.
